We'll only ever use the best Scottish dairy ingredients in our ice cream. In the west of Scotland we use 'Pure' to exaggerate a phrase. So instead of being totally chilled we thought Pure Chilled summed us up better! That's no exaggeration!
We've been told that our ice cream is 'Pure amazzin'. A lot of ice cream makers pride themselves on their rich family heritage – secret recipes that have been passed down from generation to generation. We don’t. We don’t need to hide behind some tried and tested recipe from way back when. Our ice cream is a new-old-fashioned Italian recipe with a Scottish twist. Pure Pleazzure on a plate!

July 18th is World Ice Cream Day, and last year there was an American survey that analysed not only articles listing different ice-cream flavours, but also hashtags that had been used for ice cream flavours. There are some unusual ones in the list
